I feel I must write this letter to let you know how very pleased I am with the results of my car.
My husband, daughter and I went to the Auto Show and happened to stop at your booth. We mentioned to you that there was a dent the size of a fist in the back panel of my 1997 Camaro. You informed us that the dent could be removed in approximately 1 hour, if we were to bring the car in to you shop. I was very skeptical because I had just have my car into a very reputable Auto Body Shop in Brampton. They informed me that the only way to remove the dent was to fill and repaint the fender. So we decided to leave it alone. You asked us to give you a chance, so we did. In just over 1 hour you had removed the dent. I could not believe it, and the cost was far below the price from the Auto Body Shop.
I want you to know, that I would not hesitate to recommend your services to my family and friends. Excellent job and well done.

My meeting with Mark for my booking was impressive, as you rarely find a sales representative who values customer satisfaction more than a sale. He took the time to explain the technique of repair with the use of non-technical terms. Not only was the Auto Technician, Tony McGrath, able to remove the dents in the rear, passenger and driver doors, but he went the extra mile and touched up a few minor scratches to restore my almost new 1998 Toyota Rav4.
After doing extensive comparative shopping, I found your prices unbeatable, and competitive, by far. Places such as Maaco and the Toyota dealership were quoting well over $200.00 per dent depending on size and severity. When I read the very informative article in the Toronto Star (Wheel Section) about the processes that companies such as Auto Cosmetics offered, I had then decided to inquire, and am delighted I did.

Recently I had occasion to take my summer driver, a Mercedes 500 SEC, to Auto Cosmetics, to have a door ding removed.
As a classic car collector, having exhibited at Pebble Beach and Meadow Brook Hall and other top concours events, and been a senior concours judge myself, I feel qualified to recognize exceptional work when I see it.
Auto Cosmetics removed the ding without a trace. They definitely do quality work.

 Dear Mark Warsh:
A few months ago we read an article in the “Wheels” section of the Toronto Star regarding your New system for removing dents, and as we had a dent in our Buick Roadmaster, we took the car to you for an opinion. You gave us a quote which we found very reasonable, and returned the following day to have the work done.
Needless to say, we were quite pleased with the courtesy we received. The car was completed in an hour and an excellent job was done.
